Real estate investing has to be treated just like any other job. You can’t rely on your agent or others to do the work for you – you have to do the necessary research. It’s the same mentality whether you are selling hot dogs at a baseball game or buying/selling real estate.
Remember, you can’t get too wrapped up on just one property, you need to keep putting in offers on multiple properties and you need to network and keep good relationships with everyone. You never know who a good deal or referral will come from.
One particular property could bring in a $50 or $60k profit that could make your entire year.
