Make sure you are keeping track of when you put an offer in on a property. Sometimes, you don’t hear anything or know what’s going on with the property, make sure you keep track in a spreadsheet.
You never know when an offer will fall through or something comes up, but later on down the road, the property goes back on sale or they get in touch with you to see if you’re still interested.
Also keep a list of agents that you are putting offers in with and that you are working with so you can continue to build those relationships. They might remember you in the future when good properties come up and contact you first to see if you’re interested.
