David Streeter, Jr. Esq.
David Streeter graduated Magna Cum Laude from College of the Holy Cross with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science degree and Cum Laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree. He has been licensed to practice Law in the State of Ohio for 15 years, and currently practices in Real Estate Law, Business Law, and Estate Planning. He has a special focus on working with real estate investors, lenders, homeowners faced with foreclosure matters, and other real estate transactional matters.
David believes that to be successful, he must be committed to the success of everyone he serves. His strengths lie in the vicinity of document review, “big picture” analysis, and result-oriented planning. He also has proficient experience in the areas of Real Estate (drafting Real Estate Purchase Agreements, Leases, Land Contracts, Assignments, Deeds, Affidavits, and other legal documents); Estate Planning (Wills, Trust, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives); Corporate Transactions (drafting Articles of Organization, Operating Agreements, Corporate Record Books and Proceedings for small business owners), and providing transactional and structural advice to corporate clients and small business owners.
David contributes his success to the love and support of his wife, Stacey. He has four children, a son (Cole) and 3 daughters (Kyleigh, Willa, and Isabelle). David is committed to serving his clients to help them achieve their goals.
