Step 5 – Pre-screen & Evaluate
From 2,000 mailings, you should get one to two deals. Those one or two deals could mean up to $30,000 to $80,000 in profits.
If Rehabbing…
Put the property under contract in your name or another company’s name. Assign it to yourself for $2,000 to $5,000. Take 50% of that and put it into a new campaign.
From the $5,000 take 50% or $2,500 and put that into your next campaign. Now you have 5,000 post cards you can send out and hopefully get between four or five deals. Keep repeating this process until you have reached your marketing peak.
